LAGUNA, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a stunning, open-air setting
overlooking hotel's pools and tropical gardens. Serves international
and Caribbean cuisine.
THE ORCHID ROOM, an ornate restaurant for fine dining, evocative of
colonial days. Serves international and Caribbean cuisine.
Dress code in Colony Club's restaurants is elegantly casual.Room service
is available 24 hours a day.
MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
Meal Plan Definitions:
European Plan (EP) - excludes all meals from the room rate.
Modified American Plan (MAP) - includes breakfast and lunch or breakfast
and dinner at EP properties at selected restaurants.
Full American Plan (FAP) - includes breakfast, lunch and dinner
at EP properties at selected restaurants.
All Inclusive (AI) - includes all meals and beverages, excluding
bottled water, champagne and fine wines.
Credit for MAP Guests - To dine at the Orchid Room If guests are
on MAP or FAP at Colony Club and wish to dine at the Orchid Room,
credits are available.
Please note children under the age of 12 are not permitted in The
Orchid Room and hence there are no child credits available.
Exchange Dining:
The following outlines the exchange dining procedures between the
four Elegant hotels in Barbados.
Guests at the Tamarind Cove and Colony Club can exchange between
the two hotels as per their meal plans at selected restaurants.
Guests staying at Tamarind Cove on FAP can exchange dine at either
Laguna Restaurant or The Orchid Room at Colony Club will receive
a dining credit against their bill.
Please note that reservation must be made in advance for both lunch
and dinner otherwise guest may find they are unable to dine.
On peak demand days Colony Club may apply a maximum number of guests
for the exchange dining program which will never be less than 20
diners per day on a first come first serve basis.
Please Note: Black-out periods apply due to special food and beverage
features and programs at Colony Club during certain peak holiday
times (Christmas Week & Easter Week).
Colony Club and Tamarind Cove Guests:
• Guests staying at Colony Club or Tamarind Cove can dine at
an All Inclusive property by purchasing a voucher.
Depending on the meal plan, the cost of the voucher varies.
• Guests staying at Tamarind Cove can dine at an All Inclusive
property by purchasing a voucher. Depending on the meal plan, the
cost of the voucher varies.
• Day Pass - valid between 10:00am - 6:00pm. Evening Pass -
valid between 6:00pm - 11:00pm.
All Inclusive:
• Guests at the All Inclusive Hotels Crystal Cove and Turtle
Beach Resort can exchange freely between the two hotels.
Crystal Cove and Turtle Beach Guests:
• Guests at any of the All Inclusive Hotels can exchange dine
with Tamarind Cove and Colony Club at all restaurants (except the
Orchid Room) and will receive a credit from their All Inclusive
property.
Please Note:
• Exchange dining is subject to availability and reservations
are required in advance.
• These passes can only be purchased locally.
• Transportation between resorts, other than on the West Coast
water taxi, is at the passenger's own expense.
