Distance from airport 5 minutes from SKB airport to boat.
Boat ride 25 minutes to hotel in Nevis. Passengers arriving into SKB
will be met by a Four
Seasons Representative and then checked in at the Four Seasons arrival
desk. They will be transferred to the pier (5 minute drive), and then
welcomed onto the Four Seasons private boat. 30 minute ride to the
Resort where a resort staff member will escort them to their rooms.
Passengers arriving into NEV will be met by a Four Seasons Representative
and transfers will be arranged. The Resort is located 15 minutes away
(6 miles).Two story 196 room low rise deluxe resort is situated amidst
tall palms along 2000 feet of Pinney's Beach. The resort is comprised
of twelve 2 story beach cottages that blend in with the islands natural
beauty & 17 suites.Please note: For departures within 35 days full
payment is required in order to confirm your reservation.

Early check-in and late check-out on request, and subject to availability.
Children Policy:
Children under 18 years when sharing room with parents are complimentary;
rollaways and cribs are offered at no additional charge and must be
requested at time of reservation but are subject to availability.
Maximum Occupancy:
A maximum of three (3) adults (18 years and older) will be allowed
per room. A third adult staying in the same room is charged per night
(plus 9% tax and 10% service charge). For families, a maximum of four
persons (4) is allowed; 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18
years. Only one (1) rollaway per room is possible, based on availability.
DELUXE MOUNTAIN SIDE, King bedded rooms with partial views of Mount
Nevis or the championship golf course.
DELUXE MOUNTAINVIEW, In Mountain View Rooms, sliding glass doors with
wooden shutters lead to a balcony or a patio, offering views of the
green shoulders and cloud-capped peak of Mount Nevis. One king or
two double beds.
DELUXE OCEANVIEW, These rooms are located on the ocean- front and
feature views overlooking Pinney's Beach to the stunning Caribbean
Sea. By comparison, the Deluxe
Oceanfront room features close proximity to the ocean- front and beach,
with the same luxurious amenities as the Deluxe Oceanview Room. Many
of the rooms offer partial or indirect oceanviews.
DELUXE OCEANFRONT (*), Oceanfront Rooms have a balcony or a patio
accessible through wooden-shuttered sliding glass doors. Located in
cottages 2 through 10, they overlook the Caribbean Sea and the beachfront.
One king or two double beds, View: Caribbean Sea and Pinney's Beach.

EXECUTIVE SUITES, Executive Suites overlook the Caribbean Sea and
the beachfront. Frosted glass French doors seclude the bedroom from
the living room, while sliding glass
doors with wooden shutters lead to the balcony or patio. Bed Type(s)
King bed. Second bedroom has one king or two double beds. Bath: One
full bathroom per bedroom Location: Cottages 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 View:
Caribbean Sea and Pinney's Beach.
OCEAN SUITES, All five ocean suites are located ground level and have
access to Pinney's Beach with views of the Caribbean Sea. Glass doors
separate the bedroom and sitting room. These suites breakout 1, 2,
and 3 bedrooms.
LUXURY SUITES (1 or 3 Bedroom), The Resort's two luxury suites are
ideal for anyone wishing to entertain privately. Each includes two
large, teak-furnished balconies with
elevated views of the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Kitts and the
beachfront. Bed Type(s): King bed(s) Bath: One and a half bathrooms,
plus one per bedroom Location: Upper floor of cottages 2 and 8. View:
Caribbean Sea, Pinney's Beach, St. Kitts
Room amenities include: TV, air conditioning, bathtub/shower, telephone,
VCR, radio, alarm, servi-bar, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, safety
deposit box, and iron with ironing board.

DINING
DINING ROOM, 140 seat open air restaurant with a commanding view of the Caribbean
Sea. The restaurant features California cuisine with Asian influences.
NEVE, Relaxed open-air setting for breakfast and dinner. The decor
features soothing colors (pale blue and sage), with hand blown frosted
seaglass lighting, a terrace overlooking the pool, ceiling fans and
an oceanview to the west. Neve seats 147 guests, with 24 on the terrace.
Reservations recommended in high season. Shirts and footwear are required
at all times. Dress code required in the evening.
THE POOL CABANA, For a refreshing drink or a casual light meal near
the pool, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Cabana
provides a full bar, sandwiches, fresh local seafood, a choice of
luncheon specialties and weekly theme buffet dinners.
After sunset in the library, Neve and the Dining Room, gentlemen are
required to wear collared and buttoned shirts, full length trousers
and closed in footwear. Jackets and tie are not required. Ladies are
advised to wear cocktail length dresses or skirts, or evening trouser.
No day shorts. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Land/Water Transfer Charges:
Transfer costs will be added to guest's incidental charges, and are
payable upon checkout.
SKB: Guests arriving at St. Kitts Robert Llewelyn Bradshaw Airport
(SKB) will be met after clearing Customs and Immigration. The Resorts
private water launch will then transport guests directly to the resort
pier.
NEV:
Guests arriving at Nevis Vance Armory International Airport (NEV)
will be met, and assisted with a taxi to the Resort.
Villa (Golf-Cart) Rentals:
