FREE WEDDING PACKAGE
When booking a minimum of 10 rooms in the Royal Club for a minimum
of 4 nights the hotel will offer complimentary the following package:
• Wedding coordinator service
• Ceremony and Judge services

• Domestic champagne toast during the ceremony (for up to 20
people)
• Wedding cake enough for up to 20 people
• Photographer and 10 photographs (no negatives)

Documents required for any wedding packages:
• You will need 2 witnesses who can be traveling with you or
you can ask local hotel staff to witness your wedding. Foreign witnesses
must have valid passports.Documents required to get married in the
Dominican Republic:
• Original birth certificates. Bring or send 2 photocopies
• Valid passports. Bring or send 2 photocopies of the main page.
• Statutory declarations of Single Status legalized by the Consulate
of the Dominican Republic. Bring or send one original and 2 photocopies.*
• Divorce certificate or death certificate (if applicable). Bring
original or notarized photocopy and 2 simple photocopies. In both
cases, a minimum waiting period of 10 months applies before you can
remarry.*
• Adoption Certificate (only for adopted individuals, translated
in to Spanish)
• Certificate confirming change of names (only for individuals
in this particular situation, translated in to Spanish)
Please contact the Consulate of the Dominican Republic for all information
regarding your marriage before your arrival at the resort.
*The Honorary Consulate of the Dominican Republic has to translate
and legalize these documents.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Spring Break Policy:
Individual student bookings are accepted. Minimum age required for
check in is 18. A refundable deposit per person (cash or credit card)
is required.Holy Week (Easter) Safety Measures: Please be advised
of the following, in observance of Holy Week (Easter Week) for the
period of 04/08/06-04/16/06 Watersports will not be permitted (motorized).
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS
All minimum lengths of stay requirements are subject to change without
notice.
