availability of two beds in room is very limited. Advance request

room will be located atop a hill in one of the following buildings:
Bougainvillea (Bldg 21), Calabash (Bldg 22), Bird of Paradise (Bldg
23), Morning Glory (Bldg 24), Mimosa (Bldg 25), Oleander (Bldg 26)
or Flamboyant (Bldg 27), where you will be situated on either the
1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor. The walk to the beach is approximately 328
feet from buildings 21-23, and 492 feet from buildings 24-27.
POOLVIEW, Set in front of our acre freshwater pool and Jacuzzis, your
Poolside room will be located in one of the following buildings: Frangipani
(Bldg 11), Hibiscus (Bldg 12), Fuchsia (Bldg 14) or Poinsettia (Bldg
15), where you will be situated on either the 1st or 2nd floor. Some
of the rooms may afford a partial view of the beach and palm trees
of Great Cruz Bay. The walking distance to the beach is approximately
98 feet.
OCEANVIEW, Surrounded by the lush greenery of St. John, all rooms
will have a partial view of Great Cruz Bay. Your Oceanview room will
be located in one of the following buildings: Bird of Paradise (Bldg
23), Morning Glory (Bldg 24), Mimosa (Bldg 25), Oleander (Bldg 26)
or Flamboyant (Bldg 27), where you will be situated on either the
1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. Most Oceanview rooms will be located on the
2nd and 3rd floors. The walk to the beach is approximately 492 feet.
BEACHFRONT, Bordering both our acre freshwater pool and our beautiful
Caribbean beach, your Oceanfront room will be located in either Seagrape
(Bldg 10) or Agave (Bldg 16). All of the rooms will have an unobstructed
view of Great Cruz Bay. The walking distance to the beach is approximately
16 feet.
Suites and Townhouses:
ONE BEDROOM KING SUITE (1 BEDROOM JACUZZI SUITE), Surrounded by the
lush greenery of St. John, your King Jacuzzi Suite will be located
atop a hill in one of the following buildings: Bougainvillea (Bldg
21), Calabash (Bldg 22), Bird of Paradise (Bldg 23), Morning Glory
(Bldg 24), Mimosa (Bldg 25), Oleander (Bldg 26) or Flamboyant (Bldg
27), where you will be situated on the 2nd floor. Your Suite consists
on a common living area with a pullout sofa, TV and balcony. The separate
Master Bed- room has a King size bed, TV and bath with Jacuzzi. The
walk to the beach is approximately 328 feet from buildings 21-23,
and 492 feet from buildings 24-27.
TWO BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE (2 BEDROOM JACUZZI SUITE), Surrounded by the
lush greenery of St. John, your King Jacuzzi Suite will be located
atop a hill in one of the following buildings: Bougainvillea (Bldg
21), Calabash (Bldg 22), Bird of Paradise (Bldg 23), Morning Glory
(Bldg 24), Mimosa (Bldg 25), Oleander (Bldg 26) or Flamboyant (Bldg
27), where you will be situated on the 3rd floor. Your Suite is a
two-story unit w/ a dining table and common living area consisting
of a pullout sofa, TV and balcony on the first level. The second level
consists on two separate rooms: a Master Bedroom with a King bed,
TV and Jacuzzi, and a second bedroom with two double beds, a TV and
a bathroom. The walk to the beach is approximately 328 feet from buildings
21-23, and 492 feet from buildings 24-27.

STUDIO VILLA, Surrounded by the lush greenery of St. John, your Studio
Villa will be located across the road from the main resort, atop a
hill in a quiet, exclusive and private garden setting on the 1st floor
of one of our four Hillside Villa Buildings. Your villa has a King
bed on a raised platform, TV, and living area with a pullout sofa
and balcony. You also have a washer/dryer unit and a kitchen stocked
with china, glassware, utensils and all essential appliances. You
may choose to use the resort's acre freshwater pool or stay on the
hillside and relax in one of the two villa pools. Walking distance
to the beach is approximately 492 yards.
ONE BEDROOM VILLA, Surrounded by the lush greenery of St. John, your

in a quiet, exclusive and private garden setting. Your villa is a
two-story unit contained within its own courtyard with tropical landscaping.
The upper floor contains two bedrooms, each with a King size bed,
TV and shared bathroom. On the ground floor you have a living room
with a pullout sofa, a kitchen stocked with china, glassware, utensils
and all essential appliances, and a laundry room complete with washer
and dryer. The Master Bedroom is also located on the ground floor
with a King bed, TV, Jacuzzi and "his & her" bathrooms. This bedroom
looks out onto your courtyard and your own private plunge pool with
waterfall. Walking distance to the beach is approximately 382 yards.
Please Note:
• All rooms come equipped with in-room safe, iron, hairdryer,
and essential toiletries.
• Beach towels are provided for your use at our Pool Hut.
• In the resort rooms, all rooms on the 1st floor will have a
patio. King bedded rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors will have balconies,
while double bedded rooms will not.

RESORT FEE INCLUSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Transfer Information
As part of the hotel's continuing effort to streamline the guest's
arrival & departure experience, the hotel is now operating private
ferry transfers out of Crown Bay Marina, rather than the Charlotte
Amalie Waterfront. The new departure point is a short 10 minute taxi
drive from the airport, and is home to marina, shops, and restaurants.
As in the past, the transfer fee includes gratuities for taxi & ferry,
and unlimited return trips to St. Thomas for shopping.
The Spring/Summer schedule (schedule subject to change) for airport
arrivals is as follows:
Dept from Crown Bay Marina: 11am, 1:15pm, 3pm, 4:45pm, 6pm and 7:30pm.
Arrivals after 7:30pm will be driven 30 mins. to the National Park
Dock on the East end of STT, where a 15min water taxi ride will bring
them to the Westin on St. John.
Hurricane Guarantee
Policy- In the event of a hurricane* on the islands of St. John or
St. Thomas, The Westin Resort, St. John will replace a guest's vacation
for the entire duration of the reservation. This guarantee applies
to room and applicable taxes. This policy is applicable to transient
reservations and groups as stipulated in their contracts.
The stipulations that apply as follows:
• Replacement vacation must be taken at The Westin Resort, St.
John within one calendar year. Reservations for com- parable accommodations
will be made on a space available
basis. Black out dates do apply (as determined in our sole discretion).
• Any commission owed to travel agents will be paid on the stay
interrupted by the hurricane.
• Other expenses including, but not limited to, airfares, food
and beverage, or chartered services are not included or covered by
this guarantee.
• The guarantee offered by Starwood Hotels and Resorts is subject
to change at the discretion of the operator at any time without notice.
Guests holding confirmed and fully deposited reservations (and are
within the non-refundable deposit window) that are unable to travel
to the resort due to a hurricane*
closing the St. Thomas airport or The Westin St. John Resort will
be given the option of a full refund or a one room category upgrade,
based on space availability, on their next visit to The Westin St.
John Resort within one calendar year.
*A Hurricane is defined/validated by the National Hurricane Center,
typically a tropical cyclone in which the maximum sustained surface
wind is 74 mph (64 knots) or greater.
